General Terms of Use

Melbet is a reputable and licensed sports betting and gambling platform. Before registering and starting to use the company’s services, you should be aware of some important fundamental points:

• The services of our Melbet site may be used by adults aged 18 or over who accept the general rules and the betting acceptance rules of our company;
• We have the right to invalidate bets placed in violation of these rules and the rules for accepting bets and paying winnings;
• We have the right to refuse to accept bets from any person without giving reasons;
• In case of typographical errors in the list of events offered, odds discrepancies, deviation from these rules during bet acceptance, or evidence confirming the invalidity of bets, Melbet reserves the right to declare these bets null and pay them at odds of “1”;
• We have the right to block bets on a sporting event and invalidate bets if it is established that there was non-sporting conduct. Payment of these bets is made at odds of “1”;
• In case of registering two or more accounts for the same individual, or registration for persons affiliated with the user in any other way, we have the right to block these accounts for up to two months, with subsequent recalculation of all winning bets;
• When betting on our Melbet website, you are responsible for the security of your username and password received during registration;
• All bets registered on the Melbet platform are valid and can only be canceled based on these betting and payout rules;
• Communication failures or other technical issues on the client’s side do not constitute grounds for canceling a registered bet;
• You agree to be bound by these rules when placing a bet on a sporting event at Melbet;
• When winnings are credited, you must ensure that the credited winnings are correct. In case of discrepancies or disagreements with the accumulated winnings, you must inform Melbet, providing information about the bet on the sporting event, including your account number and reasons for the disagreement;
• We reserve the right to stop any fraudulent activity by clients against the Melbet bookmaker by canceling bets, closing the participant’s betting account with a refund of funds as a deposit, and appealing to law enforcement authorities regarding fraudulent actions;
• If fraud is suspected, Melbet’s security service may verify the account via video conference or request verification by submitting necessary documents to confirm identity and account funding. Document verification may take up to 72 hours. If it is proven that the provided information is inaccurate, we may cancel all bets and suspend all cash settlements indefinitely;
• We reserve the right to close a player’s account and cancel all placed bets if it is determined that the client:
  1. received information about the event outcome;
  2. had the opportunity to influence the event outcome as a direct participant or a person acting on their behalf;
  3. was registered multiple times;
  4. is suspected of using special programs or technical means to automate bets;
  5. used dishonest means to obtain information or bypass Melbet restrictions;
  6. placed bets colluding with other bettors to exceed limits set by Melbet.

You are solely responsible for the use of your account. You confirm that all actions performed on the account are yours.

Basic Betting Rules

On our bookmaker’s website, Melbet users can place three types of bets: single, express, and system, based on the list of events and their outcomes with the winning probabilities offered by the bookmaker. When placing sports bets, you must take into account the following rules for bet acceptance and payout:

• The minimum stake for any sporting event is 1 dirham;
• The maximum stake amount depends on the type of sport and event and is determined by the bookmaker separately for each event;
• We have the right to limit the maximum odds on particular events. We also have the right to limit or increase the maximum stake or odds on particular events for a given client without notice or explanation;
• At Melbet’s discretion, we may restrict acceptance of repeated bets on the same result or combination of results from a client. If such a decision is made, we may declare a refund of repeated bets if the IT system did not block repeated acceptance;
• A bet is considered registered as soon as it is confirmed by Melbet. All accepted bets are displayed in the “Bet History” menu in the profile. If the client does not receive a bet registration message, the bet is still considered accepted if it is shown in “Bet History”;
• A bet is considered won if the client correctly predicted all results indicated in the bet, except for system bets;
• Information on betting conditions is accepted before the event starts, except for “live events.” The date, start time, and comments indicated are indicative. For live events, information and bets are valid until the end of the match;
• If a bettor tries to place a bet after the actual start of the event, the bet cannot be placed. If such a bet is placed for any reason, it will be canceled;
• If betting information or a bet is invalidated, the stake is refunded. If included in an express or system bet, it is excluded;
• Stakes are recalculated if miscalculated (e.g., due to incorrect results);
• Postponement or cancellation information of sporting events is valid only if supported by official documents from sports organizations, official federation websites, and sports club websites. In case of cancellation or postponement, the sporting events in the line are adjusted based on this data;
• If a client knowingly deceives Melbet staff by providing false information concerning bet acceptance and payout, bets will be canceled;
• If a bet is placed on a known result, it will be canceled;
• Online and live bets cannot be adjusted or canceled;

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in current match results on which live bets are accepted.

Deposit and Withdrawal

It is possible to deposit and withdraw winnings on the Melbet platform using all payment systems available in the “Payments” section. Before making transactions, it is important to know the following Melbet rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the data used to make the deposit. In case of deposits by different methods, withdrawals must be proportional to the deposit amounts;

• Registered clients are prohibited from re-registering an account under a new name, email, etc. If re-registration is confirmed, we reserve the right to invalidate all bets placed from such account;
• If verification procedure is refused, we have the right to invalidate bets and block the re-registered account during the procedure;
• We reserve the right to refuse payment to clients via payment systems or cash, offering bank transfer as an alternative;
• If deposits are made from electronic wallets of other persons, we have the right to return funds to wallet owners’ accounts without prior notice to the account holder.

Melbet Casino Betting Rules
